Bhatt ki Chudkani ( a very popular dish from the mountains of Himalayas made of black soy bean and some traditional Himalayan spices) .

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is the mothers and grandmothers of Uttarakhand, whose simple Himalayan cooking carries generations of flavor, wisdom, and love.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to promote Uttarakhand Himalayan cuisine in America through food festivals, cooking classes, cultural events, and community outreach.
