What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is yellowtail carpaccio. It’s very light and delicious. Great way to start you meal with.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

What inspires me most is the experience food creates for people. A great meal can become a memory, and I enjoy being part of that. I enjoy learning different techniques and using them to create dishes that are both flavorful and memorable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take $25,000 and reinvest it into the business. To be able to make the customers experience more memorable and be able to come up with more delicious dishes for our customers and family’s to try when they come in to my restaurant.
