Who is your culinary inspiration?I am inspired by so many talented chefs and creators who have helped shape my culinary journey. Of course, Carla Hall is at the top of that list, along with Alex Guarnaschelli, Kardea Brown, and Bobby Flay. I am also inspired by Chef Mina, Miss Miriam, Cook Up With Ki, and Kimmy’s Kreations. What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the opportunity to pay off debt, invest in and expand my business, strengthen my brand, and create new opportunities for growth. A major priority would be launching a homeless outreach initiative through my brothers’ Gather for Good Collective, allowing us to provide meals, resources, and support to those in need. Most importantly, I would use the platform and resources to give back to my community while building a lasting impact through food and service.
