Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration comes from the belief that food can nourish not only the body, but also emotions, creativity, connection, and healing. Growing up close to nature, we cooked with roots, leaves, herbs, and fresh ingredients from our backyard and farms. Those simple traditional meals inspired my love for mindful cooking, artful presentation, and honoring fading food traditions with a modern touch.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to create an intimate dining space where food feels deeply personal, nostalgic, and meaningful. I dream of a small table experience where guests reconnect with memories, emotions, loved ones, and the comfort of simple, soulful meals. Through mindful cooking, artistic presentation, and a modern touch, I want every dish to create warmth, connection, and a feeling of home people will always remember.
