Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up watching Julia child and the galloping gourmet tv shows. I loved recreating the dishes at home, my love of food inspired my travels too...I absolutely love peasant dishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate a portion to MANA, and Philabundance, they do wonderful work in Philly. I would also like to take cooking class at The Restaurant School in Philly.
