Have a couple actually Home made Lasagna and love a nice Filet Mignon. Medium to medium rare, pink but no blood. Don't like food that a good vet could revive it! I do make a hell of a burger too and my Lamb and blue cheese burger. little bit of mint sauce ohhh.. making me salivate right now. You'd slap your mama for another one.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Oh geeze… Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Jamie Oliver, Wolfgang Puck, Geoffrey Zakarian. There are so many great chefs, I take inspiration from a lot. see an idea, put a twist on it and make my own.
What would you do with the $25,000?Absolutely no clue! We’ll decide when I win it. Definitely need new cookware for sure. My pans came off Noah's Ark... but I'll probably fly back to Scotland and try take my elderly father on a trip.. he’s 86 so not a lot of vacations left unfortunately
