Receive Text UpdatesRoasted tomato and burrata spaghetti with plump shrimp- this elegant dish features pan-seared Gulf shrimp and house-made spaghetti blanketed in a roasted heirloom cherry tomato reduction. It is finished with a whole, creamy burrata, fresh basil, drizzled with exrta virgin olive oil, and roasted red peppers.
Who is your culinary inspiration?At a young age, my mom taught me how to cook everything from scratch. Very blessed for the support my parents have given me. Every single chef at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts has contributed and supported my love of cooking. They all have directly or indirectly taught me how to channel my inner chef and the discipline to strive to be better each time I step into a kitchen. What would you do with the $25,000?I would mise en place a new fresh start, make a donation to the James Beard Foundation, and take my two amazing daughters on their first princess trip to Disney World. After that I would find an internship in France then come back to open a French fusion restaurant or rock it as a private or personal chef. " I never lose. I either win or learn." - Nelson Mandela
