It is hard to say what my signature dish is , but I guess it would be the one that solidified my "style" as a chef. Which was a Seared rockfish , with red pepper buerre blanc, charred Leeks, Daikon and Apple chutney with roasted poblano and herd oil
Who is your culinary inspiration?I think there are too many to name just one, but any chef that cooks from the heart and doesnt worry about the "rules" over the flavor and balance of the dish !
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd like to utilize the winnings to explore new cuisines abroad, as well as contributing to buying a house in my new home of Phoenix, AZ
