Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom 100%. She was a short Italian woman who loved cooking and ensured I’d be so good at it I’d never have to rely on someone else to cook my food. She passed away in 2019 from Leukemia and just before pushed heavily for me to pursue a culinary career
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it directly into my food truck operation. Big Nasty BBQ has been a brand and inspiration side hustle of mine for some time and I want to take the next step to owning my restaurant
