Who is your culinary inspiration?My desire to see the smile of the heart. Christ and the peace and love he has given me wants to return and reflect those principles in all I do. Cooking has become the foremost way of doing so. Everyone understands good food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would bolster my efforts of the non profit to help end food scarcity. Setting up and giving hot food away, dropping meals off at doors, or even gift cards to local restaurants, start community garden efforts, so many things!
