Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my 99 and 7 months old Nana that recently passed on. She encouraged me to be in the kitchen. As a domestic, she would bring home foods to educate my palate before I knew what a palate was. Showing me early on that food was love
What would you do with the $25,000?I would have a food truck that offered healthy foods to college students. Wrap sandwiches, burgers of all types, homemade soups and delicious salads. From meat to meatless . All made with love.
