My signature dish is Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My maternal grandmother is my culinary inspiration. She always made food with love and the desire to feed her family, especially her grandkids. I remember every summer when we would go to visit her in the hills of Missouri. After many hours of preparation, we would finally sit down to the most comforting and delicious meal. The first thing she would say, after saying prayer over the food was, “Boy, was I hungry!” We were also, but not after one of her soul filling meals.
What would you do with the $25,000?I plan on using this $25,000 to help pay for college. I work as a teaching assistant at our local middle school. I was fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom. When our girls began preschool, I decided I would work part-time at the school they attended. I have been doing this for 12 years now. I decided I needed to keep learning and chose to go back to college.
