Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration started in childhood. I grew up watching Julia Child and Graham Kerr long before food TV became popular. By age 8, I was reading cookbooks like Joy of Cooking like novels. Food became my creative outlet, my comfort, and eventually my career. Today, I’m inspired by creating soulful, plant-based dishes that connect people through flavor and experience.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to grow my culinary business and expand access to creative plant-based food in my community. I plan to invest in commercial kitchen equipment, food production, farmers markets, and culinary content that teaches people how flavorful and healing vegan food can be. This opportunity would help me turn years of passion, resilience, and experience into something that creates lasting impact.
