Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother. She was the most incredible cook that showed her love by feeding her family and friends the most delicious things up until her very last moments. She talked about cooking like It was her greatest passion next to her family.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to put It toward starting up my own food truck. Fusion mixes highlighting Spanish classics with a modern American twist.
