Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is seafood Alfredo. Growing up, we were a family of 7. I had to cook a lot and most of the time we would eat pasta because it was tasty and it was perfect for a big family! I love to cook pasta still; it takes me back home every time!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father was my culinary inspiration. He started teaching me how to cook when I was 6 years old. Over time, cooking together became our thing; that’s how we bonded. Feeding a family of 7 allowed me to have a lot of practice! Cooking allows me to express my love on a plate; I love to see people’s reaction when they eat my food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put the money towards starting a food truck so that I am able to do what I love.
