Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a Thai-inspired braised short rib served over creamy jasmine rice risotto with crispy shallots, fresh herbs, and a rich pan reduction. It blends my Thai roots with elevated comfort food techniques I’ve learned throughout my hospitality career. I love creating dishes that feel both comforting and unforgettable while balancing bold flavor, texture, and presentation.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My biggest culinary inspiration is my family and the women who cooked before me. Growing up around Thai food taught me that cooking is about love, connection, and taking care of people. Professionally, I’m inspired by chefs who combine creativity with hospitality and create experiences, not just meals. I admire people who make guests feel something through food and service, because that’s the kind of impact I strive to make every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to invest in a dream I’ve always had of creating my own supper club experience. I want to bring people together through intimate dinners that combine storytelling, culture, music, and elevated comfort food in a way that feels personal and unforgettable. The funding would help me build unique pop-up events, create immersive dining experiences, and turn a lifelong passion into something real that people can connect with and remember.
