Who is your culinary inspiration?Her name is Susi, a remarkable woman in her 90s who unknowingly changed the course of my life. One day, I watched her effortlessly flip a potato frittata in her restaurant’s kitchen. I was fascinated. She welcomed me in, and I immediately wanted to learn. I tried making that frittata myself, and from that moment on, I was hooked. That was 50 years ago. Since then, I have never stopped cooking, learning, teaching, and sharing the joy of food with others. ✨👩🍳❤️
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a holistic kitchen school where I can pass on the knowledge I’ve gathered over a lifetime in the culinary arts, Ayurveda, and nutrition. My mission is to teach people that food is more than something we eat—it can be medicine, prevention, and healing. I want to empower others with practical skills that can transform their health, their families, and their lives. 🌱✨
