Receive Text UpdatesI used to love pulled pork before I went strictly plant-based so now I continue to work on perfecting plant proteins. Currently I would say my most well received dish BBQ jackfruit over Mac and cheeze (yep, still only plants used in my recipe).
Who is your culinary inspiration?Many people have influenced my cooking style but the one who always stands out is a content creator, Merle O. She has inspired me to take risks when making vegan dishes, try lots of new things, and not to be afraid of failing because even if you do, it'll still taste pretty good.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love the opportunity to spend $25,000 on lots of fun stuff, but ultimately, my dream is to travel to Italy for a retreat to learn more about their culinary principles.
