Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is called Dudh sukto (milk mixed vegetables). It's a seasonal dish. Chicken rezala(simple & light) Beetroot chop(made with beetroot, carrots, peas). Also, I do Indian and Indo-Chinese food, like: Burnt garlic mixed fried rice White mixed veg/ non veg noodles. Ginger baby corn. Garlic shirmp. Butter chicken. Shahi paneer. Chicken biryani
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my grandma, my mom, my mother-in-law. Also, my husband and daughter who give their valuable feedback to improve my cooking skills.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I get a chance to win anything from here, it will help me to make my dream come true: Set up a restaurant and help others to get healthy home cooked food every day on their table. Thank you.
