My signature dishes are the ones that feel elevated but still approachable. I love taking nostalgic comfort foods and making them feel restaurant worthy without making people feel intimidated. Big flavors, beautiful presentation, and little “wait…that’s actually easy?” moments are my favorite. I’m especially known for over the top party spreads, colorful family style comfort food, and playful recipes that make people excited to gather around a table.

I’m inspired by people who make food feel joyful and welcoming. Ina Garten’s ease, Giada’s warmth, and the creativity of modern food media all shaped me, but honestly a lot of my inspiration comes from real life. Moms making magic out of weeknight dinners, potluck tables, restaurant kitchens, and the energy of being on set as a food stylist. I love food that feels beautiful without feeling precious.

I’d use the $25,000 to grow my brand, The Food Artist, and create more accessible food content for families and home cooks. I’d invest in building my cookbook and digital recipe platform focused on fun, stress free entertaining and approachable meals. I’d also use part of it to create high quality video content so I can continue growing an online community centered around creativity, confidence, and bringing people together through food.
