Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is my spaghetti because I’ve perfected a rich, well-seasoned sauce and consistent pasta texture. It’s simple, but I focus on depth of flavor and balance, like garlic, herbs, and slow-simmered sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from two very important people in my life. My grandmother taught me to value healthy cooking and to really enjoy the natural flavors of food. My mother, who passed away from cancer at the age of 40, was an aspiring chef and made some of the most loved meals in our family. Cooking is my way of honoring both of them- combining nourishment, flavor, and the joy they taught me to bring into every dish I make.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would invest in creating ways to help underserved or less fortunate communities experience high-quality, gourmet-style meals. My goal would be to design something unique that brings people together through food and shares my love for cooking in a meaningful way. I want to use food not just as nourishment, but as an experience that creates joy, dignity, and connection for others.
