Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother, as cliche as that may sound. Named Azadouhi, meaning Freedom in Armenian, she was the first born after my family fled the Ottoman Empire.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won, I would invest the money back into my business — feeding people delicious food, educating others on how to cook for themselves, celebrating the richness that comes from diversity.
