I would say my signature dish changes with the season or feeling. Currently, a Braised short rib with creamy polenta, rainbow carrots and balsamic reduction topped with cinnamon gastrique! It is one of my more memorable recipes with my own spin!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My parents are my culinary inspiration. My mother is a wonderful baker and I want to prove to her that you have to take that jump. My father didn’t get to live his dream but he made sure to help me accomplish mine. So, living to fulfill his wishes of achieving my dream is what I push for.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay down school and use the rest to expand my culinary background and knowledge by traveling and learning from new teachers/ chefs. As well as investing into my mom. She has put all her time and effort into me. It’s about time that she gets to see how real it can be.
