I have many signature dishes, but my top 2 favorite are, chicken wings and oxtails .
Who is your culinary inspiration?Believe it or not , my mom, everything I’ve learned from cooking came from her, she is easily my biggest inspiration, I just take what I’ve learned from her and I turn it into my own, turning something old into something new.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my small business that I would like to expand from state to state, the name of my business is called DALEWINSKIZ, I would have to explain this in person lol. I have a following from my hometown and other cities that I have cooked and catered for, I’m known for making unthinkable dishes come to life. I would like to spread my dishes around the country , even further , that’s what I would do with the money.
