Receive Text UpdatesI have many but I really love my prime rib. I make it with fresh herbs that I grow in my garden. I also make my own horseradish sauce. I also like to make creamy pasta dishes with unique proteins such as boar, emu and ostrich. They are harder to come by .
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Italian father but the older I got, the more I cooked outside the box.
