Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Carla Hall of course , I I have watched her on American Top Chef , she’s one of greatest Chefs there is! She inspired me to pursue my dream in cooking and bring it into reality.
What would you do with the $25,000?First I’m going to finish my cook book , then I would take the $25,000 to start a “Sandwich Bar on the Go” van business, where you can order gourmet sandwiches already prepared. That’s one of the visions God gave me.
