This is a tough one but I have to pick lamb chops and fuchka (a Bengali street food only few know how to make right).
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and her amazing food I grew up with made me a natural foodie! I love learning new techniques and exploring new flavors.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it into my pop up food stall. I have only done a few events and sold out every time! This would help me expand and scale.
