If time is not an issue my smoked brisket or gumbo is a winner! Under time constraints my go to would be hibachi fried rice with fried teriyaki chicken wings, shrimp or soft shell crab poboy, fully dressed!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My parents. Both have now passed away unfortunately. My mother, from Oahu, HI, shared Hawaiian comfort food with me. My father, from New Orleans, LA, exposed me to the spices and sauces of Cajun and Creole food. I'm the intersection of where the Delta meets Paradise!
What would you do with the $25,000?Renovate food truck and hit the road serving good food to people in different communities here in Southern California.
