Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration was my grandmother. Although she has passed away, her influence on my cooking remains with me every day. She taught me that cooking is about more than preparing food—it is about caring for others, bringing people together, and creating meals made with love. Growing up, I watched her prepare delicious meals for family and friends using simple, fresh ingredients. She showed me the importance of putting effort and pride into every dish.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were fortunate enough to win the $25,000 prize, I would use it to further my culinary journey and invest in my future as a chef. A portion of the funds would go toward purchasing professional kitchen equipment, improving my cooking skills through training and certifications, and expanding my knowledge of healthy and innovative cooking techniques. I would also use the opportunity to share my passion for food with others by creating more nutritious and flavorful meals for my community.
