Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my top reason and my kids and friends and family that have been telling me for over 15 years you need a restaurant a food truck or you need to sell plates .I just love to cook it's my therapy I love to see people's faces when they try one of my soulful creations it brings me joy feeding someone who's hasn't eaten anything yes that means the homeless and kids or anyone who wants to try my food that feeling is something I wouldn't trade for anything Louisville Kentucky who I do it 4
What would you do with the $25,000?First I would take my mother shopping for clothes get her hair done then I find me a apartment I'm a newly divorced father who only has 2 weeks left in the house I've lived in for 6 years I wanna give back to my kids who always been supportive of my dreams to one day be a chef and go and get my G.e.d and go to school for culinary and open Tina's bbq& soulful foods restaurant and make my kids proud of me and feel accomplished and start a charity for kid's and adult end starvation & diabe
