Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother, we called her Bubbi. She cooked without recipes, without measurements, and without ever needing to be told it was good. She just knew. I’ve spent years trying to reverse-engineer that confidence, and it’s made me a better cook every time I try.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m launching Bubbis Cookies, a single-SKU premium cookie brand built around my grandmother’s recipe. The $25,000 would fund my first real production run, proper packaging, and a market pop-up to prove the demand is real. This is the cookie that deserves to be in kitchens everywhere, not just mine
