My signature dish is Rasta Pasta because it represents the type of food I love creating - bold, comforting flavorful and memorable. I enjoy taking familiar comfort foods and elevating them with rich seasonings and fresh ingredients with my own creative touch. It’s a dish that brings people together and consistently leaves an impression.

My culinary inspiration comes more from experience and serving people than from one specific chef or cooking style. I started cooking because I genuinely enjoyed creating meals that make people feel comfortable, happy, and connected seeing people enjoy my food motivates me to keep growing and pushing myself creatively. I do admire chefs by Gordon Ramsay for the professionalism, discipline and high standards in the kitchen, which ultimately inspired me to take my business and craft seriously.
