I enjoy taking familiar comfort foods and elevating them with rich seasonings and fresh ingredients with my own creative touch. It’s a dish that brings people together and consistently leaves an impression.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes more from experience and serving people than from one specific chef or cooking style. I started cooking because I genuinely enjoyed creating meals that make people feel comfortable, happy, and connected seeing people enjoy my food motivates me to keep growing and pushing myself creatively. I do admire chefs by Gordon Ramsay for the professionalism, discipline and high standards in the kitchen, which ultimately inspired me to take my business and craft seriously.
What would you do with the $25,000?$25k will give me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally during a difficult season in my life I can help care for my mother as her health continues to decline and financial stability would allow me to support my family while also investing in my future.
