Who is your culinary inspiration?My father is my culinary inspiration. When I was a child and teenager I would sit and watch him cook. He cooked BLT days on those rare days where he wanted to make something quick for the family. That was a true cheat since we ate healthier dishes most of the time. He loved cooking as does his mother and cooks big dinners on holidays and special parties like the Super Bowl parties or New Years Eve parties. I went to Auguste Escoffier Culinary Arts and graduated in January 2026.
What would you do with the $25,000?Upon winning the $25,000 I would do pop up restaurants that included a large majority of flavorful colorful anti inflammatory dishes (including lunch entrees and sweet treats) with the $25,000.
