Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from the enjoyment of someone eating a dish I prepared and they are excited and happy as they’re eating it. Like when they say ‘OMG this is amazing’ that just does something to my spirit. My sons are the motive behind why I push myself so hard.
What would you do with the $25,000?Wow I would use this 25,000 to actually focus on my catering business getting the equipment I need
