Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is seared scallops topped with chimichurri, Mexican street corn risotto, fire roasted vegetables, creamed corn foam. Seared scallops and risotto was always my grandfather’s favorite meal. I actually made it for him while he was in hospice on the last day he was feeling good. I cried the whole time making it. I have made this dish for many dates in my life. It even helped me get my beautiful wife!๐๐
Who is your culinary inspiration?I look around my hometown. Definitely a lot of big name chefs making a huge impact around Minneapolis. Andrew Zimmern, Diane Moua, Yia Vang, Gavin Keysen are some of my favorites.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have just recently started my own private chef company called enhancing vibes culinary concepts. I would use that money on equipment needed for transporting food, a new kitchen tool kit, and other items to get my business up and running.
