Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish varies. My best dish is always some form of pan seared fish on top of a special carb. For example, a miso brown sugar glazed sea bass on top of mashed sweet potatoes infused with sake. Another popular dish of mine is a seared lemon branzino on top of a fried polenta cake, topped with chopped fresh vegetables. And my miso seared cod on top of white rice covered in a Caesar dressing style sauce and charred lettuce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom is my culinary inspiration because I cannot remember a time I did not see her in the kitchen while I was growing up making delicious meals for her work or for our family and seeing genuine enjoyment towards the work ahead of her.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would help my mom with the costs for a debts and needs she needs to cover since my father’s passing. I want to make sure that she is comfortable and is able to move forward in life with less stress.
