Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and dad. They owned a greasy spoon diner for 35 years. I used to love watching people experience my mom and dad's food. They didn't have a deep fryer back then so all the smash burgers came with homemade soups.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to build a pop up shop for my community to offer different selections of baked goods, soups and sandwiches.
