Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Anne… she was always a huge inspiration to me. Her style of cooking and teaching was always so relatable to me. I learned so much just watching her. That motivation made me so excited about culinary school.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a small catering business that I have been trying to build some momentum on. I cater to a lot of the Jewish community and being able to fund a kosher kitchen would make all the difference in my business and my future.
