This is a hard one! I don't have a signature dish perse. I've always just cooked from the heart. I throw so many things together to create something good. I'm very partial to my sous vide and find some of the best tasting food starts in a water bath. The versatility of different ingredients allows me to play around and create delicious food for my family and friends. I swear I would kill it on chopped.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would have to be Chef Jessica Miller. She was my culinary teacher at Four County Career Center in Ohio many years ago. About 4 years after graduation, Chef Jess was killed in a motorcycle accident. She was truly an inspiration to anyone who was blessed to cook with her and learn from her.
What would you do with the $25,000?25k is a nice chunk of money to help anyone. I would use the money to plan an amazing vacation for my family. I want my daughter to create beautiful memories with her grandma who is fighting Stage 4 non small cell lung cancer. Allowing us all to cherish the moments and bottle a little time together would be amazing.
