Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandma, my mom & my older sister who taught me everything I know. My dad also but in a different way, he taught me to be open to tasting new food of all different cultures which led to my love for all things food lol I loved watching the food network as a child & still now as an adult. At 17/18 I suddenly became lactose intolerant, I had to cut out so many foods I loved which led me to experimenting with recreating dishes & making them dairy free!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would absolutely want to give my parents a portion and save some for my daughter. I’d also like to donate to charity and possibly have the opportunity to start doing pop up events for dairy free dishes to allow those who are lactose intolerant access to affordable & delicious meals that also keep their stomachs feeling good.
