I make a fresh mediterranean mix with cherry tomatoes , katlamata olives, red onion, artichoke hearts, cucumber, parsley, oregano,olive oil, salt ,pepper topped with feta cheese.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Dad Frank E Trifilo always was and still is! My Dad passed away when i was 16 and growing up he loved to cook! The house always smelled so good when he was cooking. My grandmother was a 100% Irish and married to a 100%, Italian lol. Going over to Grandma house as a kid, She was always cooking and would win ribbons at the duchess county fair in New York where my other 2 siblings grew up too. So I know where he got it from 😊. There's a long story.
What would you do with the $25,000?I honestly would like to put half towards a food truck to start a personal chef Business and the other half i would use for a down payment on a house for my Mom and family to be more secure. Its always so hard for Our family after my Dad passed away from the heart attack. I've watched them struggling every 18 to 12 months when the lease is up and they have to move again. Shes getting old 😔 i want her to be able to watch the grandkids grow up and not have to worry.
