Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef William Carter was my mentor and still a very large part of my motivation and passion for culinary arts. I trained with him at the Playboy Mansion West and because of him and the support of Hugh Hefner is why I attended culinary school and began my journey in the first place.
What would you do with the $25,000?Spend it on my family who has loved and supported me all of these years.
