Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up, one of my favorite parts of the day was watching Food Network, and no chef captured my attention more than Emeril Lagasse. I was completely glued to the television whenever he appeared. His energy was contagious, his passion for cooking was unmistakable, and his signature phrases like “Bam!” made cooking feel exciting and fun.
