Who is your culinary inspiration?One of my culinary inspirations is my Uncle Scott (Hastings) who is also competing for a spot to be voted onto Favorite Chef! Another inspiration of mine is my younger cousin, his knife skills are superior and cooks. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had.
