Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is the joy that food creates. There aren’t many professions where you can make so many people happy in a single day. I love that a great meal brings people together, sparks conversation, creates memories, and turns an ordinary evening into something special. Knowing that something I cooked became part of a family’s story is what keeps me passionate about being a chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would use it to help make my dream of owning a food truck a reality. After more than 20 years in professional kitchens, I want to create something of my own and bring great food directly to people. The money would help cover startup costs, equipment, and permits. Most importantly, it would help me continue doing what I love most—bringing people together and creating memorable experiences through food.
