Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest inspiration is my Mom. At 85 she’s passed the torch, but we still share recipes and celebrate the dishes I create. Her influence drives my craft.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25K, my husband and I would travel through Europe and Asia to study new techniques and elevate my craft. What drives me most is the thrill of mastering a new dish and sharing it with the people I love.
