Who is your culinary inspiration?Definitely Anthony Bourdain we grew up quite similar along the east coast working in fast pace seasonal restaurants doing three to four hundred covers a night. At this point in my life I am cooking for the love of it.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my community. I always wanted to work with teens who have behavioral issues and give them a place to focus that energy in a positive way with cooking
