Receive Text Updatesif there is one dish i love to make it’s a filet mignon with Roasted Garlic Scallop potatoes. buttered asparagus and demi glaze. topped with fried leeks. or Hot Italian Sandwich with Salami. Smoked Ham. Pepperoni. Fresh shredded lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, pickles, and red onions. drizzled with Balsamic vinegar and EVO. or my famous Smoked Mac & Cheese. with Sharp cheddar&Gouda w/ Breadcrumbs. On my weekends You’ll find me Smoking meats on the BBQ
Who is your culinary inspiration?my parents! i was born in kitchens. my dad owned a restaurant til i was 10 with my mom. i was 8 years old doing dishes on a milk crate. 5 years old when i got my first cut from a box knife breaking down boxes on order days. as i got older i watched more cooking shows with my dad like “diners drive-ins and dives” with Guy Fieri or Hell’s kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. and my highschool offered a Prostart Program that also competed in state competitions. It was more my DNA
What would you do with the $25,000?1: down payment of a truck that could really open my private chef dream 2: pay off student loan debt from Culinary School 3: investing in myself to push further my culinary career! either in a food truck or business if i wanted later down the road among other many things that money can buy. like happiness and peace
