Who is your culinary inspiration?“My culinary inspiration comes from the cultures, families, and chefs I encountered while living and working across six countries. I am inspired by the way food brings people together and how traditional ingredients can nourish both the body and soul. My mother’s home cooking first taught me the power of flavor, hospitality, and healing through food, and throughout my journey I have continued learning from local communities, spices, and culinary traditions around the world.”
What would you do with the $25,000?“I would invest the $25,000 into growing my eco-friendly diningware and culinary business, combining my passion for food, sustainability, and community. I also want to support the low-income artisans and families who handcraft these products, helping create better opportunities through fair and meaningful work. My goal is to create memorable dining experiences while promoting environmentally responsible products, cultural traditions, and the healing power of food.”
