I have several! Mandarin cranberry duck, Basmenta (my own indo italian fusion dish), and mashed potatoes I’ve been told they’re the best in the world!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I don’t have just one, I get culinary inspiration from everywhere. Even the local family owned restaurant. It inspires me to start my own place. I want to create food people will love, that’ll they’ll truly get excited by.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d put it towards starting my own food business, it would be a great start!
